General Information — West Coast Women's Show at BC Place

Forms should be sent directly to the address on each form. Please send all Vancouver Coastal Health Authority Temporary Food Premises Applications and / or Vancouver Coastal Health Personal Services Health Applications to the show organizer.

We encourage you to review the information carefully including the 2023 Key Information. The individual order forms can be downloaded by clicking on the form links and in some cases the forms can be completed and submitted online. Please print off and send in the necessary forms directly to each individual supplier or submit the form online for forms with this feature. The supplier’s fax number and address is on each form.

  • The online badge order form has now closed. Please order your badges at the show office during move-in.
  • To avoid late charges and to ensure that you receive advance order discounts on rentals and services, please review the form return deadlines.

    • Our official show supplier is Goodkey Show Services.
    • They provide carpet; furniture; accessories; booth furnishings packages; booth vacuuming; signage and graphics; labour and advance material handling; ground transportation and shipping.

  • Complimentary Red Tag Sign
    • Each year we have over 125 exhibitors with the signs in their booths. The red tags will be promoted in our show advertising, website and social media campaigns encouraging show visitors to “Look for the red tags at the show, SAVE with show specials and see the latest new products”.

  • Stage Participation
    • In addition to our line-up of celebrity speakers and fashion shows we offer all our exhibitors the opportunity to maximize their exposure at the West Coast Women’s Show by participating with a stage presentation or demonstration.

  • Social Media Contest
    • Each year we run a number of contests on our social media accounts with the prizes provided by exhibitors, and the ad spend paid for by us. Our contests frequently reach tens of thousands of people. The minimum prize value is $250.

  • Editorial Opportunities
    • Our show publicist is looking for personal, business challenge / human interest stories about West Coast Women’s Show exhibitors. Selected exhibitors will be shortlisted with their stories pitched to media outlets across BC.

  • Entrance / Exit Sampling
    • Maximize your brand exposure at the West Coast Women’s Show through entrance/exit sampling. This strategy allows you to directly place your products in the hands of potential customers, driving traffic to your booth and increasing the likelihood of sales during and after the event. It’s a straightforward and effective way to generate buzz and engagement.

  • Vancouver Firefighter Charities Auction
    • We are inviting all exhibitors to consider donating a prize for the Calendar Firefighters auction that will take place on the Main Stage on all 3 days of the upcoming West Coast Women’s Show at BC Place. Only six prize donations will be selected to be auctioned so the higher the value, the better. 100% of all proceeds will go to the Calendar Firefighters Charities in support of the Burn Fund and their other charitable programs.
