Although all stage presentations are promoted on the show website we strongly recommend that stage participants pre-promote their stage presentation and invite their own clients and customers. Our experience has been that show visitors choose and pre-plan what they want to see and some presentations draw a full audience while some do not.
Our signature indicates a commitment to the presentation(s) and, if our application is accepted, we understand that the West Coast Women’s Show will promote this presentation in the Show Guide, show schedules, advertising & promotions including the show website and that final stage schedules will be announced in September. While we do our best to offer all applicants an opportunity to present on stage, completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
