3:00 PM — Colour Vibrational Energy
We are all physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual beings. If disharmony exists within the physical body, the answer can be found by examining all four quadrants. Colour Frequency tools—such as nutrition, synergistic tools, essential oils, colour frequency baths, sprays, exercise, music, language, crystals, and more—play a part in balancing the disharmony. During the course of my presentation, I will encourage those present to detect any disharmony through their reflex zones. My presentation will be interactive, insightful, and fun.— Presented by Tina Clelland

My presentation focuses on the transformative power of journaling as a tool for self-discovery and self-love. Many women struggle with self-criticism, and I aim to show how journaling can shift this mindset towards kindness and empowerment. I am presenting at the West Coast Women's Show to promote my three journals in the Bloom series. These journals offer prompts designed to guide the writer in connecting with their physical, spiritual, and intellectual selves—essentially, to 'Bloom' in mind, body, and soul.— Presented by Anita Schmitt

In this talk, we explore 'Sex Differences in Immunity' and estrogen's role in women's health. We highlight four nutritional supplements: Pumpkin Protein, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Black Seed Oil, and Oil of Oregano, tailored for female immunity. These supplements help fight infectious diseases, manage cold and flu, and maintain body pH. Our goal is to empower women to take control of their health through personalized immune support strategies.— Presented by Dr. Jewel Alfore

4:30 PM — Do You Leak When You Laugh? There's a Physiotherapist for That!
Short presentation on the importance of pelvic floor physiotherapy for all women, as well as pre- and post-natal exercise prescriptions for expectant and new moms (delivered by Ed Middleton). This will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with our pelvic floor physiotherapists, Tajveer and Harmanjot, and our kinesiologist, Jaskiat.

5:00 PM — Intro to Barre by Barre Fitness
In this Intro Barre class on stage, we will be demonstrating a Barre class and talking about the benefits of Barre and all of the things one can expect in a class and all of the wonderful things that Barre can help us with in daily life. I envision that the class will have 3 instructors on stage demoing and taking turns teaching; giving the audience a closer look at the workout and the fundamentals, including some of the props we use in classes.

I will teach about the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how our hormonal fluctuations in each phase can affect us physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc. I will cover basic foundations for hormonal health, as well as some tips for healthier cycles and balanced hormones.
