Join Us at TRADEX & BC Place

This year’s shows are taking place at TRADEX in Abbotsford on October 13, 14, & 15 and at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver on November 17, 18 & 19. Exhibitors that participate in both shows will receive a 15% discount on their BC Place invoice.

For the past 23 years this has been the largest and most successful women’s event in Western Canada with an annual average of 400 booths; over 25,000 visitors; and $1.6 million in at-show spending. Our October show was a resounding success with 45-minute lineups and many exhibitors selling out entirely.

With exhibitors now looking towards the summer and fall, we have seen a substantial increase in demand for booth space. We are on track to have the two largest consumer shows in BC this year. Booth space is now over 75% booked!

This is the perfect place to showcase your business. With each woman making 75% to 100% of household purchasing decisions, the show effectively delivers the retail spending power of over 60,000 consumers.

It’s been super successful for us. We’ve been able to engage with tens of thousands of consumers, and it’s been such a great quality of consumer. It’s been very busy from the very minute that the show opened on Friday. We have gone through more apples than I thought possible!

Our company had the most amazing experience and have already prebooked for the 2023 show. We are definitely getting a bigger booth next year! We booked very last minute and the management team for the show was so wonderful and accommodating. I can’t sing their praises enough.
Newleaf Total Wellness Centre

It was an absolutely fantastic show! My only regret is not having more staff there to accommodate what was an amazing turnout! We are looking at upgrading our current 20' x 20' booth to a 20' x 30' booth in the same location for next year's show!
BC Skincare Solutions

This show has been fantastic! We always get great people at the booth. Even the vendors talk about how much fun they have at the show. We raised a record amount for BCSPCA this weekend. Again, thank you and your wonderful staff.
